Know someone had success Growing Tomatoes with Topsy Turvy upward with Tomato Planter?
"It seems that everyone I know that has not had success with this product. Another rip off TV? "
Yes, you can certainly grow tomatoes in the Topsy Turvy (TT), but not really Big Ones (cherries are very good). However, I do not buy this product because you can grow tomatoes in a planter suspended or even with the most hanging bags available from your local Garden center – and you could even make your own size with a little ingenuity. In addition, the TT is really not very big, so you can not fit many potatoes and tomatoes in their need much land for their roots. More your root system, over your tomato plant. If you like the TT because of a lack of space, you can get better results in a container with a minimum of 5 gallons soil. TT I've seen around in Wal-Mart can not bear to 5 gallons of soil.
